Refunds

For purchases we offer a 30 day refund period. We will refund the full purchase cost minus any customs, shipping or handling costs incurred.

If a patient does not respond to the treatment, our advisors can suggest the next best course of action which may involve adjustments to treatment, device settings or Sound Therapy.
